Fable
Stories that point out lessons are called fables. The greatest fable teller, Aesop, told stories that usually featured animals. In Aesop’s “the Lion and the Mouse,” the story is about a powful lion and a tiny mouse, the story teaches that “sometimes the weakest can help the strongest.
” Aesop’s “the Fox and the Stork” shows that a tricky person does not always win, this fable may have suggested the old proverb “One who laughs last laughs best.”
