How oversea students buy a car in Australia ?

the easy answer have got money, but when a student going to buy a car these some knowledge will help you before buying car :
There are 3 different ways to buy a car :
1)     Private sale :  you can see it on newspaper, on internet… most of people often sell their car by this way
2)     Auction : it usually happen with luxury or high price cars. For student, no need using this way.
3)     Dealer : there’s many dealer with many choices for cars…. People often go to the dealer’s showroom to buy car.
The advantages and disadvantages of each car sale source :
Every ways almost have advantages and disadvantages of their own, so it’s up to student’s condition and money.
·        Private sale : you can buy a car with someone by their advertising on the newspaper or internet that’s really advantage. But it’s not reliable and not sure about the quality of the car and with this way we have to pay a money for car service again. The seller often don’t tell us the RWC (roadworthy certificate) because in Victoria certificate of Roadworthy is generally required when a vehicle is sold or if it is ready to be re-registered.
·        Auction : we can buy a car with the best prices and no need to worry about the quality because it was check by the auction organization and in some cases, we might be own low prices. But, there is not lot of the auctions and people often sale the expensive car at the auctions, sometimes the auction far away from home.
·        Dealer : there are many dealer and many choices for buying a car with flexible prices for everyone when we go to the dealer. All the car in good condition and have the  warranty by the dealer, normally they have service center, they maybe give us the feeling of peace when make a deal. But, their prices is always more expensive than other ways and sometimes we encounter with the unreliable dealer.
The responsibility when we are the owner of a car :
Always make the safety for people, the car, the other vehicles on the street
Must have licence before driving
Remember go to car service, buy insurance for the car on-time
A suitable car for student :
Convenience is most factor important for everyones . As a student I bought  a second hand car ,it is Toyota corolla 90, about $2500, I use it for my part-time job. People in Australia should have their own car because it’s useful when traffic beside train, trams and bus.

Educational leadership for the twenty-first century

When leaders take teaching positions, they should follow some simple rules that help develop educational leadership for the twenty-first century. Many teachers use these simple rules to teach their students, no matter what grade, subject, age or intelligence level those students might be.

A good tip to remember to help you be a successful leader is to use the skill of listening effectively and actively. Active listeners listen closely to what their students have to say. Their ideas and thoughts are unique and deserve attention. Student contributions can help teach classmates and teachers, as well. If a student is confused or incorrect about a topic, they have a chance to learn the truth of the matter.

Leaders should also have the capability of making themselves perfectly understood by their students. They should know the right words to use to make their point clear without causing confusion or irritation. Miscommunication can lead to disasters in the education environment, as well as the business environment.

Good teachers do not intentionally humiliate, embarrass or make the tasks being performed more difficult by manipulating the situation. One of the main tasks teachers have is to encourage students to excel. They are there to motivate, as well as teach. They should have a personal goal of training and teaching as many students successfully as possible throughout their career.

The skill of organization is highly needed by all teachers in today's society. We have many electronic gadgets and pieces of equipment that we use to teach our children, as well as ourselves, about life and the world. Education is one of the elements of society that keep it progressing forward. Teachers see to it that they are leading their students down the right path, toward success rather than failure.

Teachers observe students for areas of skill or improvement needs. When they see that a student is having a particularly difficult time with a certain subject, they will recommend tutoring or extra study time so the student can catch up and be where they need to be. If a student excels in an area, they might suggest that student work with the one who does not do as well in the subject. This is a good way to promote cooperation and to help students learn to teach what they have learned.

Educational leadership for the twentieth century has more and more to do with electronic equipment today that it ever did before. All students are learning from computers and using electronic means to complete assignments while the teachers are using them to create curriculums, schedules and teaching plans

writing IELTS test 250 words

Some people think that they can learn better by themselves than with a teacher. Others think that it is always better to have a teacher. Which do you prefer? Use specific reasons to develop your essay.

People are learning through their  entire life. Our first teachers in most cases are our parents. They teach us to walk, speak, behave ourselves, etc. They with great patience pass down their knowledge and experience to their children. There is no doubt that we need our parents to learn essential things. Parents giving their knowledge prepare children to join the "real world". So, at this point we need teachers to learn some basic things.

When children go to a school or college they have many teachers who help them study more difficult  and complicated things. Personally, I think that young people need teachers because in most cases they basically do not understand yet the importance of learning some "uninteresting things" such as logic, literature, grammatics , etc. So, teachers keep children on track and sometimes make them learn. I think, at adolescence young people need teachers because they help them develop and improve themselves in order to succeed in life.

However, I believe that when a person is no longer a child and he has a job and lives an independent life  he can choose how he is going to study. As for me, my choice between studding by myself or with somebody's  help  depends on a teacher. If a teacher has very interesting lectures and gives many examples from different resources I will attend his or her classes with great pleasure. However, if a teacher has dry and boring lectures and does not try to make them interesting I will get some books and study this subject by myself. It saves me time and probably some money if I take books in a library.

So, basically, some teachers can give their students so much in a short period of time that it is worth to spend one's time attending lectures. At the same time, from my point of view, other teachers can not give me the knowledge I need at my pace.

benefit of online university

More and more peoples lives are becoming hectic with the demands of daily living. For individuals who would like to begin or further their post secondary education, convenience can be a major factor in furthering their education. Now it is easier than ever for individuals to attend online colleges.

Time is an important factor for anyone considering attending a school on the web. Most people hold full time jobs that leaves them little time to attend a traditional school. The same is true for people who have families and need to be available for them. Online schools allow busy individuals to schedule their classes around their personal commitments.

Most online schools have programs that fit into a persons existing schedule. For people who can learn a large amount of information in a short amount of time there are accelerated programs. These programs are rigorous and span the course of weeks instead of months or years. People who are more leisure in the way they learn may benefit from programs that allow them to learn at their own pace. For students who want to take advantage of the maximum amount of time it takes to complete their studies there are traditional courses as well.

Schools also offer students and the teacher the opportunity to interact with each other without the need to see each other face to face. This can help the potential student get almost immediate answers for questions they may have about an assignment, project or group discussion.

Typically virtual schools may cost less than traditional schools. However, students may be afforded many options when choosing how they would like to pay for their education. In addition, to government aid individuals can apply for grants and scholarships that may pay for all or part of their education. For those people who may not be able to use this option, some schools offer payment plan programs to help them finance their education.

After a student has successfully completed a program of study they may be able to apply for career services through the school. Career centers can help alumni with the job searches, career counseling and other services after completing their studies.

Individuals are encouraged to research any online colleges they are interested in. These schools may also send information to the potential student and follow up with a call to see if there are any further questions or concerns.

Australia Culture

Customs
Australia is a young and diverse nation and Australian people come from many different cultural backgrounds. As you settle in and make friends you will find that there is no such thing as a 'typical' Australian. You will encounter a wide range of social customs, habits and perspectives on life that may be new and different from what you have experienced before. This section may help you to prepare for some of these new experiences.
Greetings
Australia is considered to be a relaxed, informal society. When greeting others in most situations, students and young people say 'Hello' or 'Hi'. Sometimes they will say 'How's it going?' or 'G'day'. In more formal situations they usually shake hands the first time they meet. 'Good morning', 'Good afternoon' or 'Pleased to meet you' are formal greetings.
When you say goodbye to someone informally, 'See you later' or 'See you around' are common. In a more formal situation you could say: 'It was a pleasure to meet you' or 'It was nice to meet you'.
First names are used more frequently in Australia than in some other countries. Australians will often greet their friends and even people they don't know (both male and female) with 'Hey mate' or 'How's it going guys'. An Australian may encourage you to use their given name (eg: "Call me Susan"), in which case you will not need to continue to use their formal title. Often, Australian academics will encourage you to use their given name. The use of 'nicknames' (or pet names) is very common. A nickname is usually used among friends, and is a sign of acceptance and friendship.
The formal title or family name is usually only used in formal situations, when meeting someone for the first time, or when speaking to someone like a professor, medical doctor, politician or VIP. Titles such as Mr, Mrs, Ms or Dr are used with the surname or family name (eg, Graham Williams is Mr Williams).
In Australia it is customary to look someone in the eye when you are talking to him/her. It is not insulting to do this, but instead reflects that you are sincere and interested in what is being said. Australians will make direct eye contact with everyone, whether the person is an equal or of different status or social position. Children are taught to look directly at adults. In Australia, it is not considered insulting if someone gives you something with his or her left hand.
Conversation
English is Australia's national language.
One problem commonly faced by students new to Australia is the use of slang. Slang is used unconsciously by many Australians and can sometimes sound like a completely new language. Here are some common examples and their translations:
G'day
Good day / Hello
See ya later
See you later / Goodbye
You right?
Do you need assistance?
D'you reckon?
Do you think so?
Good on ya!
Well done!
Ocker
Australian
If someone says to you: "G'day mate, how you going?" they are actually using a common greeting and asking after your welfare - although they may not expect an answer. It's more like a friendly remark.
Australians also have a tendency to run words together. You may also find that Australians speak quickly and abbreviate or shorten words. For example, 'University' becomes 'uni,' 'breakfast' becomes 'brekkie,' 'tutorial' becomes 'tute.'
You may find the Australian pronunciation of many familiar English words is quite different from what you are used to or expect - don't worry, with time the language will become more familiar, and listening and speaking will become easier. If you don't understand what people are saying, please ask them to explain - they won't mind.
If you think you might be missing significant information in lectures, make sure you seek help. If you require assistance speak with your lecturers, tutors or an International Student Advisor.
Unlike some cultures, Australians are often very direct and open in their speech and mannerisms. While some students may feel at first uncomfortable, it is important to understand that Australians are not deliberately trying to be offensive.
Humour
Australians are renowned for having a 'dry' or 'laconic' sense of humour. The distinctive Australian sense of humour often involves light-hearted teasing, sometimes called 'rubbishing' or 'stirring'.
Humour is also centred around people who give the impression that they consider themselves superior, or who are different. You may find people will joke about your accent, clothes or habits. In the majority of cases you should not take offence at this teasing, but see it as a form of acceptance.
Don't necessarily expect to understand Australian humour immediately. As your knowledge of the language and culture improves, you will find you are increasingly able to join in the laughter!
Social Invitations
If you receive a formal written invitation that is accompanied by the letters RSVP you are being requested to make a prompt response, either by accepting or declining the invitation.
If a person offers to 'take' or 'shout' you to a drink or meal, they will pay for it.
If you are asked to 'join' or 'go with' someone or a group of people for a meal or to attend an entertainment venue, this suggests that you will be expected to pay for your own expenses.
If you are invited to a home for a meal you should ask if you can bring something with you. This will usually be something simple like a bottle of soft drink or a plate of food. Most young people's parties will be BYO (bring your own) which means everyone brings what they would like to drink or eat.
Barbecues are popular meals in Australia, especially in summer.
Occasionally you may be asked to a social gathering where you are asked to 'bring a plate'. This means a plate of food for others to share, not an empty plate!
If you have special reasons for not eating particular types of food, let your hosts know, so that they can make special arrangements for you.
It is not necessary to take a gift if you only go for dinner or a short stay - but do so if you wish to. If you are invited to join a celebration such as a birthday or for Christmas, take a small gift or a bunch of flowers.
An extra tip about food in Australia:
Don't confuse Vegemite (a yeast-based spread) with chocolate - the tastes are VERY different. Be sure to sample an Australian favourite chocolate biscuit, Tim Tams. If you are really daring find out about Adelaide's famous "pie floater!"
General Behaviour
In most urban areas it is an offence to make loud noise after 11.00pm.
Try not to telephone Australians before 9.00am or after 9.30pm unless it is unavoidable.
Always be punctual to all types of appointments.
If you have to cancel an appointment or will be late, it is courteous to call and explain to the person waiting for you.
Smoking is not permitted in public transport, government offices, restaurants and many shopping centres. If you want to smoke, you will usually have to go outside. Also do not assume that it is acceptable to smoke in someone else's house or car - always ask first.
Bargaining and Tipping
Bargaining is not practised in Australian shops and shopping centres. The prices marked are generally the prices at which products are sold.
Bargaining is often acceptable when purchasing second hand goods, particularly at 'garage sales' or through classified advertisements in the daily newspaper.
Tipping is not a general practice. Australians receive award wages that are not reduced to take into account any tips that may be received. Australians will generally only leave a tip in a good restaurant, when they have received very good service.
Taxis in Australia will not expect a tip, though it is common to leave small change, or to 'round up' the fare for the Taxi driver. It is important NOT to offer to tip a public official in Australia, including police officers or any Government employees. It is against the law, and may be considered as an attempt to bribe a person.
Dress
Australians tend to dress casually in almost all situations. Students in particular will wear jeans, t-shirts, shorts and other casual clothes. There are very few occasions when you will need to wear formal clothes.
If you receive an invitation to a more formal occasion the mode of dress will often be indicated on the invitation. If you are unsure of how to dress in a particular situation ask either your host or friends what they would consider appropriate.
Adjusting to life in Australia
Students experience many different feelings when embarking on an overseas adventure. Leaving your home country and coming to Australia to start University is both exciting and challenging. The International Student Centre has prepared important information about "Culture Fatigue" that may help you to understand these feelings, and to realise that they are common emotions for international students.

Australian History

The Aboriginal people of Australia have lived on this land for over 60 000 years. They do not have 'one' culture or history; before colonisation, more than 600 tribes inhabited, travelled, fought and traded here. Dreamtime stories, cave paintings and etchings reveal cultures remarkable in their complexity and richness. Subsistence was based on hunting, fishing and seed gathering.
The colonisation of Australia by Anglo-Saxon settlers officially began in 1788. Anglo settlers included a mix of British and Irish convicts, British military guards, and free settlers.
The presence of Anglo settlers in Australia from this date has impacted greatly on the lives of the Aboriginal population.
Australia's identity and population makeup has developed throughout the twentieth century, influenced by two world wars, the British Commonwealth, and its emerging Asia-Pacific and global partnerships and responsibilities. Non-indigenous Australian culture was originally British-influenced, but is now one of the most ethnically diverse cultures in the
world.

make money with stock market

1. Find a stock This is the most clear and hardest step in stock market trading. With well over ten thousand stocks to trade a good rough rule to think about is time of the year. As an example, as I write this, it's the start of spring. It might seem clever to consider stocks that historically make runs, or slide if you're bearish, in this time of the year.

2. Fundamental Analysis Many short term traders may disagree with the need to do ANY Fundamental Analysis, however knowing the chart patterns from the past and the news regarding the stock is relevant. An example would be earnings season. If you are planning on playing a stock to the upside that has missed its earnings target the last 3 quarters, caution could be in order.

3. Technical research This is the bit where signals come in. Stochastics, the MACD, volume, moving averages, RSI, CCI, support levels, resistance levels and all of the rest. The heap of signals you select, whether lagging or leading, may rely on where you get your education. Make it simple when first starting, using too many signals at the beginning is a ticket to the land of enormous losses. Get exceedingly comfortable using 1 or 2 signals first. Learn their complexities and you may be certain to make better trades.

4. Follow your picks After you've placed 1 or 2 stock trades you ought to be handling them correctly. If the trade is supposed to be a short term trade watch it closely for your exit signal. If it is a swing trade, watch for the signals that tell you the trend is shifting. If it is a long-term trade don't forget to set monthly or weekly checkups on the stock. Use this time to stay up with the news, identify your price targets, set stop losses, and keep a watch on other stocks that you might want to own too.

5. The massive picture As the old chestnut goes, all ships rise and fall with the tide. Knowing which sectors are heating up stacks the chips in your favour. As an example, if you're long ( expecting price to go up ) on an oil stock and the majority of the oil sector is rising then much more likely than not you are on the right side of the trade. A few dealing systems will give you access to sector-wide info so you can get the education you want.

Australian Icons

Australia's coat of arms was granted in 1912 by King George V. It consists of a shield composed of six parts, each containing one of the state badges. The shield is supported by two Australian animals, the kangaroo and the emu. Not only are these two animals typically Australian, but they are they are unique in another way: they are physically not able to walk backwards, signifying Australia as a forward-moving, forward-thinking nation!

Australia's flag was proclaimed the national flag in 1951. It features: the Union Jack in the upper corner, reflecting Australia's historic links to the British commonwealth; the five-starred Southern Cross, a constellation visible in Australia's night skies; and the seven-pointed Commonwealth star, representing Australia's states and territories.
Australia's floral emblem is the golden wattle.
Australia's national animal emblem is the kangaroo.

Success & Money (writting IELTS test)

Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Only people who earn a lot of money are successful. Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.

I think that the question whether money is a main indicator of people's success is a controversial one. Some people believe that only one who earns a lot of money is successful. However, other people think one who does not earn a lot of money can be successful too. For several reasons, which I will list bellow, I agree with those people who think that money is an indicator of success.

First of all, if a person earns a lot of money it means he or she has unique knowledge and experience and people want to pay for these. For example, a good lawyer is often paid a very high salary, because he or she has won many cases and people are ready to pay big money for his knowledge.
A second example is that a salary of a surgeon simpliciter depends on his experience and knowledge and on how many surgeries he has completed successfully. In this case surgeon's salary simpliciter depends on surgeon's success.

Second of all, a high salary is in an indicator of a prosperous career and profession. People change their jobs, move from one place to another looking for a more interesting and better paid job. Of cause, some people do not care about salary as long as they like their job, but from my everyday experience and observation I can state that the majority of people who are not satisfied with their revenue would exchange their current job for another one with higher salary.

Finally, money plays, may be unfortunately, a very essential role in our modern life. So, people who earn a lot of money by working hard are considered to be successful.

May be it sounds a little mercenary but I think that success must be encouraged financially otherwise it is not a success.

System Cleaner™ is a tool for restoring hard-drive space, cleaning up the history of your activities on your computer and keeping your system running like new. The program allows you to clean your drives from unnecessary and temporary files, including your browser cache, cookies, history, recent document list, temporary files, errant uninstall entries and more.

It targets more than 100 file extensions, which enable it to scan and recognize most of the unnecessary files on your computer. You can choose to delete the files to the recycle bin or to a specified backup folder. In addition, System Cleaner includes a Windows Startup manager and also allows you to remove invalid uninstaller information from the registry as well as a restore wizard to undo the changes if needed.

System Cleaner™ Key Features:
• Restores your hard drive's performance, hard-drive space and protect your privacy by cleaning Internet history, cache, temporary files, Windows temp files, recent document list, find history, run history, *.CHK files, the recycle bin, additional garbage and much, much more.
• Scans dead shortcuts from your Start menu and Desktop. If it finds any shortcuts that point to files that do not exist, it will list them for you.
• Lets you delete or disable entries that automatically start on Windows startup. This pulls all entries from your Start Menu-Programs-Startup folder as well as from the registry.
• Define your own user defined items to remove (specified files or folders).
• Backup files to a ZIP file or proprietary file format. You can later restore individual files using the "Restore Wizard".
• Clean Directories and Internet Cache Files. Allows you to clean directories that usually have Temporary Files or cache files (Windows Temp Directory, Documents Folder, MS Internet Explorer Cache Directory and Netscape Cache Directory).
• Powerful file search. You can select to scan for files between a certain date, with some or all file attributes, with a certain size or with the contents of a file matching a user-defined text string.
• Remove files to Recycle Bin, zip them, move them to a folder or completely delete them!
• Scans multiple hard drives.
• Fixes system errors that slow your PC down and cause it to crash
• Speeds up your PC's execution of software programs

Download 321 Media player classic 7.2.0 Full

Its small size, low memory footprint, and numerous features make this the media player of choice, but you must add the proper codecs to perfect this freeware.
Media Player Classic's interface reflects its title--retro, old school, basic. This single player easily replaces the four or five video players installed on most systems. The only caveat is that you must download a complete set of codecs to play your favorite video formats. Media Player Classic also easily loads and plays DVDs. We liked how you can easily increase or decrease playback speed.
This program also plays most audio formats. We were surprised this tiny player includes sound filters and playlists. Hot keys are easily changed, but some users complain the process to set a key isn't apparent. The help file isn't included, but is easily downloaded.
The promised video subtitle search and download function is Media Player Classic's only disappointment. The default subtitle databases are both offline. (By the time you download this player there may be a new database available.) The address is easily changed under Options. It doesn't matter if you're a novice or system administrator. If you watch video or listen to audio, this freeware player is a must-have program.

What's skill to succeed ? (writing for IELTS )

What is a very important skill a person should learn in order to be successful in the world today? Choose one skill and use specific reasons and examples to support your choice.

Some people believe that in order to succeed in today's world one needs luck. However, I agree with those people who think that luck has nothing to do with the success, only hard work and belief in one's self can get one through all obstacles and overcome difficulties. There is a word for such a skill it is persistent. I believe that people who are persistent can do everything they want because can not give up and go with the tide.

Of course, there is a bunch of different skills that people need to succeed. However, my point is that persistent is the most obviously important characteristic of successful persons. Take for example a famous actress W. Goldberg. She had many refusals at the beginning of her career. But she always believed in herself and did not stop looking for the new opportunities. Now she is one of highly paid actress in the movie business.

Or take for example Disney. I do not remember his first name. He was a poor guy who liked to draw fairy heroes. Before his success he got through many failures but did not stop doing what he liked and enjoyed. His success came with a little mouse called Mickey.

The skill using computer is quite important with student when use facebook, blog, my space to connect with the word, make money. Computer is necessary for all student.

I belief that people who overcame many obstacles become stronger and wiser. So, basicly, persistent teach people believe in themselves, analyze their previous mistakes and learn to avoid them next time, be patient, curious and optimistic.
