Writing 150 words Ielts test

YOU AND YOUR FAMILY ARE LIVING IN RENTED ACCOMMODATION IN AN ENGLISH SPEAKING COUNTRY. YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE CONDITION OF SOME FURNITURE.
WRITE A LETTER TO THE LANDLORD EXPLAIN WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE FURNITURE , SAY WHAT ACTION YOU WOULD LIKE THE LANDLORD TO TAKE.

Dear Mr Smith,
I am your tenant from flat 3 on Riverside street. We meet each other when I signed the rental agreement in your office.
I have lived here for six months now, and I am writing to complain about some of the furniture. As you may remember the dining table is  in very poor condition and has uneven legs. It also does not match the dining chairs as these are to low to be comfortable for a table of that height.  When I first pointed this out to you , you agree provide a brand new dining set. However, you have not done and I would really like to resolve this matter as soon as possible.
If it is more convenient for you , perhaps you could simply replace the table by finding one of a suitable height for the chairs. This would solve the problem without so much cost, so I hope you agree to this proposed solution.
I am looking forward to hearing from you,

yours  sincerely,

DAVID

90 Minutes Play

90 Minutes Play

All match markets are based on the result at the end of a scheduled 90 minutes play unless otherwise stated. This includes any added injury or stoppage time but does not include extra-time, time allocated for a penalty shootout or golden goal.

The only exception to this rule is in relation to friendly matches, where all match markets will be settled based on the actual result when the game finishes (excluding any extra-time), irrespective of whether the full 90 minutes is played.

Extra-Time In-Play Markets

Bets are settled on the official statistics for the extra-time period. Any goals or corners that were taken or scored during regulation time do not count.

Matches Postponed, Brought Forward or Abandoned

An unplayed or postponed match will be treated as a non-runner for settling purposes unless it is played within the same week (ending on Sunday) in which case the bet will stand unless cancelled by mutual consent.

If a match is rescheduled from the weekend to a Monday night for the purpose of live TV coverage then all bets on that match will stand.

Should any match be played prior to the date or kick-off time denoted then any such match may be included provided the wager is placed not later than the revised kick-off time.

Any match abandoned before the completion of 90 minutes play will be void except for those bets the outcome of which has already been determined at the time of abandonment. The market must be fully determined for bets to stand For example, first player to score or time of the first goal bets will stand provided a goal has been scored at the time of abandonment.

The only exception to the above abandoned match rule, is for all South American club matches where Full-Time Result and Double Chance markets (both pre-game and In-Play) will be settled on the score at the time of the abandonment providing the relevant league allows the result to stand.

6 ways Money can buy happiness

  1. Help others : human are one of the most social animals on the planet and having strong relationships. Many people can increase their happiness by giving money to charity.
  2. Buying a big pleasure , don't purchase little pleasure : for example going out coffee or having beer with friends or co-workers every day  is less  happy than buying two week trip to Hawaii. Money doesn't make you happy then you are not spending it Right.
  3. Buy experiences rather than things : experiences is that you can reflect on them and visit it again and again.
  4. Pay now , consume later is a bad idea and give you more stress : if you can not afford an item (example iphone 4s ) you shouldn't buy it on debt, wait until you can afford the purchase.
  5. Think about what you are not thinking about : example if you buy a house that is old and in constant need of repair, it might not bring you a hole lot of happiness unless you enjoy spending most of your free time doing repair. Remember : happiness is the  small details  of life.
  6. Listen to the crowd : friends, family members can tell you a lot about their experiences what brings them happiness.
